I think you went a little too extreme on the ankle pad, or maybe not enough with the thigh. It really depends on what you want it to look like in the end. Generally people don't try for the super extreme version, so I'll write this according to the slimmer and (IMO anyhow,) nicer illusion.

That being said, I believe the ankle pad is too extreme and the thigh pad is too low. It throws off the illusion. You have the right idea, and it's a good try though; definitely better than some others I have seen.
