Chapter 8
A Few Hours Later
Nadir sat in the salvager’s dry-dock, he was sore and miserable, it had been 3 days since cutter had given the order to have him bound and beaten for letting Lusitania escape. Nadir let out a sigh of sorrow and said, “Lusitania, I do hope you made it out ok.” “Ready to talk, Nadir?” Nadir heard Cutter growl in an evil tone of voice. “No I will not tell!” Nadir said, shaking as he spoke, “He does not deserve this kind of torture. No ghost ship does!” Cutter then snapped and bit nadir just under his eye and ripped a piece of his hull off. “YOU FOOL!” Cutter growled, “Throwing your life away for some shipwrecks!” Nadir whimpered in pain as he looked at Cutter in fear, his oil sliding down his bow, into the dry-dock, and then down to the ocean. Cutter moved in closer and growled, “You will get those ships back whether you want to or not. In the mean time your tortures will increase TEN FOLD!” Cutter then turned and sailed away as Nadir looked to the sky, tears in his eyes mixing in with his oil as they too slid down his bow, as he prayed, “Zoith, please help me.”…
